Once you have received the purchase, we hope that it meets your expectations, if for any reason this does not convince you, you can return it.
The Buyer has the right, within 14 (fourteen) working days of delivery of the purchased products, to exercise the Right of Withdrawal in the manner guaranteed by law, consisting of the right to return the products received and to obtain a refund of the price paid.
The total integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the Right of Withdrawal. All items must be received in the same conditions of receipt, with labels, packaging and guarantee seals intact.
The items must in no way show signs of alteration, wear or use.
To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary:
- communicate it to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org indicating the order number, the date of purchase and the invoice number marked in the warranty booklet present in the package, and inserting as subject of the email: Return, Name and Surname;
- Download and fill in the withdrawal form at the bottom of the page, making sure to fill in all the mandatory fields and insert it in the shipping package;
- Once received the acknowledgment response from our customer care department, the customer must promptly ship to the address in the withdrawal form to be downloaded.
The transport costs and the responsibility of the goods during shipment, as required by law, are borne by the customer. It is therefore advisable to insure the products with the chosen courier, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible by inserting them in an external box, avoiding damaging the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels, etc.
The product must be returned intact in the original packaging complete with all its parts and accessories.
In the event of transport damage occurring during the return, MFGA will notify the customer within 5 (five) working days of receipt of the goods, allowing him to complain to the courier used for the transport.
The damaged goods will be made available for return and the withdrawal request will be canceled at the same time.
Once the status of the product has been checked by the Quality Department, Charlotte will refund the full amount of the goods within 14 (fourteen) working days, by means of a reversal procedure on the credit card, PayPal or bank transfer to the current account indicated by the customer.
